Erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition; removal of the front and rear staircases, excavation of the front and rear gardens to form lightwells in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement including lowering the floor level of the existing basement; replacement of the existing door with a window to the side of ground floor rear back addition; erection of a bike stores in the front and rear gardens, and erection of bin storage in the front garden; conversion of the basement and ground floor level into 1 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom self-contained flats.
