Conversion of existing 4no. bedroom dwelling at first and second floor level into 2no. self-contained flats, consisting of 1no. one bedroom flat and 1no. three bedroom flat; erection of a rear mansard roof extension, including installation of French doors and a Juliet balcony; installation of 3no. rooflights in the front roofslope; erection of a new replacement balustrade around existing roof terrace at third floor level on top of existing three storey rear addition; replacement of a window to the rear elevation at third floor level with timber French doors within a leaded dormer to provide access to the existing roof terrace.
