Alterations to part of the roof of the back addition to incorporate a flat roof and the erection of privacy screen around flat roof at second floor level to the rear elevation, in connection with its use as a terrace; installation of a door to the rear elevation at second floor level to facilitate access to the new roof terrace; replacement extension to rear of back addition at first floor level.
