Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height by 250mm; erection of a rear extension at second floor level over part of the existing back addition; erection of a single-storey rear extension to the side and rear of the existing back addition; replacement of existing single-glazed timber-framed windows with new double-glazed timber-framed windows to the front elevation; replacement of metal-frame casement windows with sash timber windows to the rear of the back addition at first-floor level on the rear and side of the back addition and on the main rear wall; installation of 2 no. rooflights in the front roof slope and 1 no. rooflight above the main flat roof at roof level.
