Alterations to no. 68 Brook Green to include: partial demolition of the ground and first floor rear back additions, excavation of the front and rear gardens to form new lightwells in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement, new replacement rooflights, sedum green roof, glazed roof access hatch and formation of a sunken roof terrace at roof level, formation of a roof terrace at second floor level, installation of French doors and a Juliet balcony to replace the existing window to the rear bedroom at first floor, infilling of 2no existing windows and replacement of 1no window with a new window to the side of rear back addition including 1no window opening to the rear elevation of first floor back addition, installation of a new door to replace the existing to the rear of main building and installation of new window opening to replace existing windows to the side and rear of ground floor back addition, installation of 2no new window openings to the side elevation of main building at ground floor, erection of a bin and plant store to house an air source heat pump in the rear garden, installation of new replacement gates to the side boundary wall, replacement of all existing windows with new double glazed timber framed windows, de-conversion of the first and second floor level from 3no self-contained flats into 1 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom self-contained flats; alterations to no. 67 Brook Green to include: partial excavation and enlargement of front part of the basement including the erection of an external staircase from basement to ground floor level at the front of the property, installation of a new replacement rooflight and roof access hatch and new sedum roofing at roof level; erection of railings on top of front boundary wall; associated landscaping in the rear garden; amalgamation of the basement and ground floor level of no. 67 and 68 Brook Green, first and second floor level of no. 67 Brook Green into a six bedroom self-contained flat.
