Replacement of concrete canopies above maisonette front entrances and the left-hand side secondary exit and storage doors with prefabricated GRP canopies. The replacement of a garden boundary brickwall with timber fencing. Replacement of decayed timber and glazed screens to the second floor external walkway with aluminium powder coated screens with glazing and aluminium in fill panels. Overlaying of an existing concrete flat roof serving the right-hand side main entrance with the Flexitec GRP flat covering with uPVC fascias and trims. Window replacements & replacing existing cast iron rainwater pipes with uPVC rainwater pipes.
