Proposed works to include replacement of maisonette flat entrance doors with FD30 fire door sets, replacement of internal flat doors with FD30 door sets, installation of fire stopping measures within the communal areas, installation of fire stopping measures within maisonettes and replacement of first floor soffit boarding with a fire rated cementitious material to match existing.
