Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed The area of land where the tunnel is sited was previously left as untendered grass and weeds, this area is beyond the path and in line with my property, the deeds to the property include the land directly beyond the path up to the boundary wall, this land has never been used since the house was built in 1965.
