Proposal
1. Change of use of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd floors and roof top to 3 serviced apartments (3 x 2 bed). 2. Change of use of ground floor from Bank to flexible use (either Shop / cafe of Gym). 3. External alterations including replacing existing curtain wall glazing & Doors, external marble cladding to be replaced and construction of a roof top extension.
