Erection of a single-storey roof extension across all parts of the building including new roof terraces, external walkways and staircases, and a lift tower (lift to serve all floors) in connection with the provision of eight self-contained flats (Class C3) comprising of 4 x 1 bed flats, 3 x 2 bed flats and 1 x 3 bed flat. Associated refuse storage and cycle parking provided within the inner courtyard at ground level.
