Proposal:

Demolition of existing building and erection of new 3-6 storey (plus plant enclosure) building which would provide retail, restaurant and office space (Use Class E) at ground floor level and 27 residential units (Use Class C3) at upper floors. The proposals also comprise the delivery of cycle parking and refuse storage facilities and associated hard and soft landscaping and public realm works.
