Outline application (all matters reserved except access) for a mixed-use development comprising buildings up to 96.3m (AOD) and up to 64,389 sqm (GIA) Residential (Class C3) up to 629 residential units, 123 sqm flexible Community Space (Class F1 & F2) and new public realm, landscaping and parking. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
