2025/2765 - Cross boundary outline application with Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames: Development within Elmbridge includes highway works to Kingston Bypass (A309) providing new primary access, altered road layout, new footways and cycle lanes, and works to Woodstock Lane to provide a new left turn only access onto Kingston Bypass. Development within Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames: phased development including demolition of existing structures and the provision of new homes (Use Classes C2 and C3), non-residential uses (Use Classes E, F and Sui Generis), open spaces and other ancillary infrastructure.
