A phased development comprising demolition of existing buildings and construction of a predominantly 7 to 12 storey mixed use scheme with 215 dwellings (Use Class C3), theatre rehearsal space (sui generis), small offices (Use Class B1), a cafe and/or offices (Use Classes A3 and/or B1) and ancillary accommodation for each, together with a replacement substation, cycle parking, disabled parking, plant, other works and two communal landscaped gardens. 14 DAY RECONSULTATION WITH AMENDED PLANS RECEIVED: Revisions to massing and treatment of southern elevation of wing blocks; amended ground floor layout to increase provision of office space (Class B1a); removal of Class A3 use within flexible space; submission of updated daylight and sunlight assessment.
