Proposal:

REAR: ONE Prunus Avium tree (T1) (ht 6m, r 2.5m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 0.75-1m from 6m to ht 5.25-5m REDUCE RADIUS by 0.75-1m from 2.5m to r 1.5-1.75m to suitable growth points. REASON: To constrain crown size to match the garden size, prevent over reach into neighbours gardens and to reduce excessive shading while retaining screen with properties to the rear as required by the landscape scheme for Spindle house. Informative A: The sensitive management of the tree is greatly appreciated for landscape amenity, wildlife, wellbeing, and urban forest canopy for environmental benefits to mitigate the effects of climate change. Informative B: Wherever possible, please create habitat log piles in the garden from cut branches for wildlife and biodiversity.

Your Support Matters: Submitting a positive representation helps planners see that there is community demand for more housing.
