Proposal:
FRONT: TWO Ash (T1 & T2)(ht.7m & 9m) FELL. Reason: close to property (36cm & 60cm from house), causing foundation issues, and are above roof line with potential for further damage. REAR: ONE Apple (T3)(ht.11m) FELL. Reason: overgrown its root stock, dominates rear garden and neighbouring gardens. Informative A: a replacement tree is encouraged for the apple in the rear garden, small species such as: Cornus mas, Witch hazel (Hamamelis mollis), Chimonanthus praecox, wayfaring tree, winter flowering cherry (Prunus autumnalis), for shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change. Informative B: please plant shrubs and or perennials in the front garden for amenity, urban greening, wildlife and biodiversity. Informative C: please retain some timber on site to create habitat log piles for wildlife and biodiversity.
