The works to 1-10 Melville Court include the replacement of roof coverings, including insulation upgrades, replacement of windows to dwellings and communal areas, replacement of Front Entrance Doors and canopies to dwellings, external facade repairs to brickwork, concrete and the like, and external decorations.
