Proposal
Raising roof height to facilitate first floor to increase living space available on first floor. Remove existing chalet bungalow roof with dormers both at front and rear. First floor to create a full upper storey with external walls running along the perimeter of the existing house walls on ground floor. New roof to have a hipped design
