Proposal:

Prior Approval for the change of use and conversion of agricultural buildings to 6no. dwellings under Class Q at Park Farm, Wanstrow. The agricultural buildings are located close to the public highway and there are other residential dwellings nearby. As such, a residential use will not be out of context in this location and is clearly not impractical.
