Modification of S.106 agreement relating to DM/15/4457 to insert a new paragraph 1.16 at Schedule 2 to ensure that restriction on the number of dwellings that may be provided as affordable housing and the obligations governing the use of the affordable housing units do not apply to the use of market housing units as additional affordable housing.
