PLEASE NOTE: Amended description. Demolition of existing garage and replacement with new garage. Erection of two storey side extension, single storey rear extension and open canopy porch. Changes to windows and insertion of new rooflights to front and rear roof slopes and new apex window, painting of all brickwork in line with existing painted walls.
