Proposal:

I have identified the trees on the sketch plan as T1, T2, T3, T4 and their type. I wish to cut them back away from the house. You will see that some of the trees are now very close to the house. I also wish to raise them from the ground due to head room. I do not intend to cut the tops of the trees. This was on the basis of previous advice from your dept.
