Proposal:

Refurbishment of North Block and Courtyard, and non-listed South Block roof, to be fitted out as affordable artist studios, with a publicly accessible cafe facility and exhibition gallery. The proposal includes the demolition of an existing infill building in the Courtyard, and its replacement with a new single storey pavilion, to be used as exhibition gallery and education space. (Application site is a Grade II Listed Building and is within the setting of a Grade II Listed Buildings, West Ham Court House, Education Offices and Northern Block and courtyard walls of Alice Billings House and is located within Stratford St. Johns conservation area)
