Proposal:

Replace failed slates on the front slope of the Station Building with salvaged slates from the rear slopes of the Station Masters House, patch repair the rear slopes of the Station Building and Station Masters House with Mid-Grey Riverstone Ultra stone slates, remove and replace the timber and sarking boards in the defective rear dormer and valleys, replace all defective ridge flashings and soakers on the Station Building and Station Masters House with lead to match the materiality and detailing of the original fabric and install a further 50m2 of sarking board to the Station Building roof (Application site is a Grade II Listed Building and affects the settings of other Listed Buildings - Application site is located within East Ham Town Centre Conservation Area).
