Conversion of the existing upper floor flat into 2 residential units (1 X 2 bed and 1 X 1 bed), erection of part single storey part double storey rear extension with entrance doors and stairs to the rear to provide access to flats, and change of use of the rear courtyard from commercial use (Class E) to residential use (Class C3) for associated amenity space and waste/cycle storage.
