Remediation of external wall systems to meet current Building Regulations by removing combustible materials and replacing them with non-combustible or limited combustibility alternatives. The replacement of PVC panels, white-framed curtain walling, and areas of brickwork. Installation of Cavity barriers at compartment lines and around openings such as windows, balcony doors, flues, and vents. The removal and reinstatement of glazed spandrel panels at compartment floors, with fire barriers installed behind to the Seagull Lane elevation. (This application affects the setting of two Grade II Listed Buildings, Warehouse K & Warehouse W).
