T1 Mature Sycamore to remove due to safety reasons and T2 Sycamore to remove the re-grown epicormic branches growing towards and tip-reduce the branches in the crown above to the south to maintain a clearance of around 2.5m to 3m from the house structure. (Crown radius from the stem is around 7m, reduce to approximately 4.5m radius)
