Changes to include: Use of Open Market Dwellings as additional affordable housing; removal of the restriction on the use of Public Subsidy; removal of requirement for no more than 6 affordable housing units in one cluster; changes to the shared ownership to be compliant with the grant funding requirements in the Capital Funding Guide; and reflect the provisions of the Capital Funding Guide in relation to Service Charge
