Demolition of rear single storey bathroom, entrance, utility extensions and remove existing mineral flat roof section on main pitched roof. Replace with single two storey rear extension, extend main roof to form natural slate roof and add new window opening to south elevation. Raise existing party garden wall between Par 3 and the Dingle to 2.25m (Par 3 side)
