Consultation request from Trafford Council for Application No: 117953/OUT/25 for outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for access from Hulme Hall Road, Cornbrook Road, and Trafford Road) for a mixed-use development comprising residential uses; (Use Classes C2 up to 100 care beds; and C3 up to 2,600 units), purpose built student accommodation (Sui Generis Use Class up to 500 units), hotel accommodation (Use Class C1 up to 200 bedrooms), offices (Use Class E(g)(i) up to 70,000 m2), non-residential uses (Use Classes E(a), E(b), E(c), E(d), E(e), and E(f)) up to a combined maximum of 7,000 m2),and associated public open space, hard and soft landscaping works, internal access roads, infrastructure and ancillary works.
