Demolish existing detached garage and construct new single storey side, front and rear extension, alterations to the second floor with the addition of three rooflights to the front and a flat roof dormer with rooflight to the rear, solar panels to the dormer roof and front elevation roof, alterations to fenestration and external render finish to the existing facades, internal alterations.
