Demolition of existing garage and existing garage, erection of a two-storey extension to the side elevation and internal/external alterations to the main house incl. new dormers, roof solar panels, replacement of UPVC windows, installation of sun-pipe and re-roofing in slate tile. Oil tank to be removed and replaced by an air source heat pump.
