Remedial fire work improvements including replacement of non-compliant fire doors with compliant fire door sets, fire stopping the party wall between Cruck Barn and the old house, replacement of existing door to the flammable store with compliant fire door set, fire lining the underside of the old house stair and replacing the timber board infill to the existing opening with a compliant fire-resistent plaster board stud wall (Application under Regulation 3 - 1992)
