Proposal
All front elevation (flats 1, 3 and 5 Albany Chambers) first and second floor, sliding aluminium sash windows to be replaced with new double glazed uPVC vertical sliding sash windows. Flats 2 and 5 Albany Chambers, rear elevation first and second floor, timber casement windows and doors to be replaced with new double glazed uPVC windows and doors.
