Proposal
Internal and external alterations to existing garage: remove 3no. garage doors and install glazing in 2no. openings and 1no. set of french doors in final opening. Internal alterations to insulate and re-line the garage roof with plasterboard. Retention of internal works of the erection of sub-dividing stud walls. Existing windows and doors to main house, annex, and garage/rear barn to be painted.
