Construction of a detached single garage and alterations to dwelling including increased height of the roof, repositioning of front door from the side elevation to the front elevation, new front door porch, window in the ground floor west elevation to be replaced with door, insertion of new window in the ground floor east elevation, remove the chimney and internal alterations.
