Outline application for proposed demolition of storage buildings and erection of up to 4no. self-build/custom-build detached dwellinghouses with garages (access, layout and scale applied for only). Works to improve existing junction for vehicular access to Newgate Lane and proposed new footpath adjacent to Newgate Lane with connection to Newgate Lane along the eastern edge of the field to the south.
