Proposal
Use of the dwelling as a residential childrens home for a maximum of 4 children (aged 0 -18). No more than 2 adult carers would work at the premises at any one time, rotating on a shift pattern with a manager on site 9-5. A maximum of 4 cars will be parked on site at any one time.
