De-conversion of 2x self-contained residential units (use class C3) and ancillary parish office into a single dwellinghouse (use class C3). Replacements, alterations and restorations to existing fenestration and doors. Construction of refuse/recyling and cycle storage enclosure within the front curtilage. Installation of plant equipment (ASHP and MVHR systems) and associated external ducting. Removal of window and replacement with a door at lower ground floor level. Removal of external staircase. Insertion of rooflights. Associated enabling works and landscaping.
