Single storey extension to provide new 2 bedroom 4 person residential unit and balcony. Second floor extension to existing residential unit; and re-order internally staircases to split residential and office uses. Provision of 21 x solar panels and 6 x air source heat pumps at rooftop level. The proposals will see the retention of the existing ground, first and part second floor office uses.
