Proposal

Refurbishment of the existing Chapel, including the formation of new window openings to the north-east and south-west elevations, installation of new windows, construction of a pitched roof above the existing porch, and external redecoration of the facade and elevations; provision of a bin and cycle storage and gate to the north elevation. The proposal also includes a change of use of the Chapel from Class F1 (learning and non-residential institutions) to Class F2 (local community use), and a change of use of the office space above the main hall from Class F1 to Class E(g) (commercial, business and service use).
