Proposal:

Variation Non-Material Changes for planning application 25/AP/2631 dated 11/11/2025 for Demolition and replacement of the existing two-storey side extension, along with a loft conversion incorporating a rear dormer and a hip-togable extension. Installation of two ground-floor metal-framed double-glazed doors on the southwest elevation and the addition of 2No. of rooflights on the front gable slope. Changes are to raise the original roof ridge of the main roof by 280 mm to match adjacent building and terrace and to amend the description of the approved proposed development. To match the adjacent buildings on the same terrace, as well as an ongoing application at the adjacent building (4 Warmington Road), as the two were originally a single dwelling.
