Proposal

Rear hip to gable extension, with 2 no. flank dormers, 1 on each side, and 2 no. rooflights, to facilitate loft conversion into habitable space. Erection of a single storey rear extension. Changes to fenestration and extension of dropped kerb with new hardstanding on front driveway. All to facilitate the subdivision of the property into 2 no. flats (1 no. 1 bed, and 1 no. 2 bed) with associated parking and amenity space.
