Proposal
Change of use of the land at 16A Market Place and part change of use of 13 Little Underbank (roof level only) to a flexible use comprising public houses, wine bars or drinking establishments (Sui Generis), drinking establishments with expanded food provision (Sui Generis), and Class E(b) use for the sale of food and drink for consumption (mostly) on the premises, together with refurbishment works to 16A Market Place including a new roof, reinstatement of existing openings and the erection of a new extended canopy, and the creation of a roof terrace above 13 Little Underbank.
