Proposal
Erection of an attached two storey dwelling including alteration to the roof form of the main building, erection of a single storey rear extension and alterations to the first floor front and rear fenestrations of the original dwelling, provision of parking spaces and refuse storage areas to the front of both dwellings, cycle storage area and amenity space with new boundary treatment and landscaping to the rear of new dwelling.
