Erection of a second floor rear extension and change of use of the first floor from Class E (retail) to Class C3 (residential) to provide 6 self contained residential units, alterations to the ground and first floor rear fenestration including the removal of rear external stairs, provision of refuse and cycle stores and new pedestrian access boundary gates to rear.
