Erection of two single storey rear extensions, loft extension, and provision of a basement and lightwell, to provide an additional self contained residential unit (to comprise existing shop unit with 2 x residential units in total) including the installation of rooflights to front and rear roofslopes, solar panels to rear roofs, first floor terraces, alterations to rear and flank fenestrations, provision of amenity areas, single storey detached cycle and refuse stores to the rear of the property, removal of rear/flank air condition units and provision of new boundary treatments to rear.
