Change of use of the first and second floors from Class E (commercial) to Class C3 (residential) to provide 4 self contained residential units, including the erection of a part first, part second floor side and rear extension with balconies/outdoor amenity spaces, conversion of loft space involving dormer extensions to front and rear, windows to second floor flank elevation, installation of solar panels to the rear dormer roof, provision of car and cycle parking and recycling and refuse storage areas and associated landscaping.
