Partial change of use of ground floor from Class E (retail) to Class E(b) (cafe/restaurant) including the installation of an extraction system involving ducting, flues and condenser units to rear/side flat roof, erection of a single storey front infill extension, alterations to front, rear and side fenestrations, provision of timber planters, timber cladding and spot lights above the shop front entrance and provision of a detached single storey refuse store located in the car park.
