Proposal:

Energy efficiency retrofit work to 170 houses (120 houses on north site, 50 houses on south site), including: External Wall Insulation with render finish, Low level plinth insulation, Replacement windows and doors, Flat roof insulation on porches with flat roofs. Note that loft insulation and ventilation works are also proposed but neither required permitted development.
